This Privacy Policy describes how AI CREDIT (“AI CREDIT”, “we”) handles information when you use the website and chat.

1. What data we collect

For the MVP chat we collect only what is needed to operate the conversation:

• a random session identifier stored in your browser;
• messages you send in the chat, and AI replies;
• technical timestamps for those messages;
• if you use the contact form: name, email, and message.

We do not request passport details, bank logins, passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, private keys, credit reports, or bank statements. Please do not enter them. If you do, the system may redact them and show a warning.

2. Data sent to the AI provider

Chat messages are sent to an AI model provider so a reply can be generated. That provider processes the text you submit in order to return an informational answer. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal data in prompts.

3. Why we use this data

• to display and continue the current chat;
• to generate an informational AI reply;
• to handle contact requests;
• to keep the service working and to diagnose errors.

4. How long we keep data

Chat sessions are stored for up to 30 days, then they may be deleted. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. We do not build a credit file about you.

5. Analytics

The MVP does not use advertising analytics or third-party tracking pixels. We may review aggregated, non-identifying operational logs (for example, error rates) to keep the service available.

6. Cookies

We use an essential cookie or local storage value for your chat session identifier, and a preference flag for the cookie notice. These are required for the chat to work on this site. We do not use marketing cookies in the MVP.

7. How to delete your data

Clear your browser storage for this site to drop the local session id. To request deletion of stored chat or contact records, email hello@aicredit.shop with the session identifier if you still have it, or the email address used on the contact form.
